These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at bytebunkerlabs.ai and any related content, materials, and services made available by ByteBunker Labs ("ByteBunker Labs", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1.Definitions

• "Site" — the website at bytebunkerlabs.ai and its content.
• "Spectis" — our AI-agent observability platform and all related software, documentation, designs, and materials.
• "Content" — all text, graphics, logos, designs, code, diagrams, copy, and other materials on the Site.

2.Use of the Site

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and view the Site for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. This licence grants you no ownership rights of any kind.

3.Intellectual property & restrictions

The Site, Spectis, and all Content are owned by ByteBunker Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws. "Spectis", "ByteBunker Labs", the bunker mark, and associated logos are trademarks of ByteBunker Labs. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, frame, or create derivative works from the Site, Spectis, or any Content, except as expressly permitted in writing;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, methods, or underlying ideas of Spectis;
• scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract Content, or use the Site to build, train, or improve a competing product or service;
• remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notice, trademark, or attribution;
• use our trademarks, branding, copy, or distinctive design or product concepts without our prior written consent.

4.Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant ByteBunker Labs a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it without restriction or obligation to you.

5.Confidentiality

Any non-public information we share with you (for example, during an evaluation or demonstration) is confidential and may be used only to evaluate Spectis. You agree not to disclose it or use it for any other purpose.

6.Disclaimers

The Site and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteBunker Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred (100) US dollars.

8.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ByteBunker Labs from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

9.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including any breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3–8) will survive.

10.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ByteBunker Labs' principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that location for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

11.Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
